Since joining Capital Pet Movers in 2019, Catherine has shown unwavering commitment and remarkable professional growth, advancing from an
entry-level sales position to her current role as office manager.
In her role, Catherine manages Capital Pet Movers and our staff, ensuring operations align with established policies and procedures. She plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory bodies, guaranteeing our services meet the highest standards. With over a decade of experience in the animal industry, she also specializes in pet travel logistics for regions like Asia, Africa, South America, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Catherine enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Her extensive experience, combined with her dedication to excellence, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
DEREK H.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Derek has been a cornerstone of Capital Pet Movers for 30 years. Since becoming Managing Director in 2002, he has transformed the company from a one-person operation into a thriving business with a team of six highly qualified staff members. Derek's leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.

In addition to his role at Capital Pet Movers, Derek has been deeply involved with the International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA). He served on the board of directors from 2009 and held the position of president from 2015 to 2018, concluding his board tenure in 2021. During his time with IPATA, Derek gained a wealth of knowledge in the pet shipping industry and forged numerous valuable professional and personal friendships.

TAYLOR R.
SENIOR PET RELOCATION COORDINATOR
Taylor has been a valued member of the Capital Pet Movers team since 2016, starting in an entry-level position and working her way up to senior pet relocation coordinator. Her journey within the company is a testament to her unwavering commitment, exceptional skills, and professional growth.
In her current role, Taylor expertly manages the complex logistics involved in reuniting families with their beloved pets. Her profound love for animals and keen organizational abilities ensure every aspect of the pet relocation process is handled with the utmost care and precision.
Taylor's dedication to excellence and her deep understanding of the industry have made her an indispensable asset to our team. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys crocheting with her two cats and kayaking with friends.
