If you want to use your pet’s regular vet for the international health certificate appointment, our office will only provide the pre-filled health certificate template and appointment date recommendation.

Airline reservations will not be made until 10 to 13 days prior to departure. This is based on airline policies.
Airline, airport, routing and costs are subject to change at the time of booking.
Cancellations/delays/embargoes can be imposed at any time. We will work with the airline to provide you with the best option(s).
A dog/cat bed, blanket, towel or waterproof mat are allowed inside the crate during travel, as long as they're two inches thick or less.
No toys, treats, or bones are allowed in the crate. A collar/leash/harness can be secured to the crate at check-in
Any form of sedation on the day of departure is strictly prohibited.
All original paperwork is required to fly with your pet(s). This may include original rabies certificates, RNATT results (if applicable), or vet letters (if applicable).
AirTags on your pet’s collar or travel crate are not permitted. If found at check-in, we run the risk of your pet being rejected by the airline.
